Chemical Properties: White to off-white crystalline powder, slightly different odor, bitter taste. Soluble in glacial acetic acid, methanol or ethanol, hardly soluble in water, almost insoluble in ether. It is a fluorinated triazole broad-spectrum antifungal drug, the antibacterial spectrum is similar to that of ketoconazole, long-acting, effective for deep infection fungal drugs, strong antifungal effect, and good oral absorption. Mainly used for candidiasis and cryptococcosis, also effective for oropharyngeal candidiasis in cancer patients.
