Short Description:

At different room temperatures, the viscosity changes small, easy to measure volume, easy to mix sand. Free formaldehyde is low, and improving working conditions is conducive to environmental protection. The low nitrogen content of cast iron resin can reduce the porosity defects of castings and improve the yield of castings. Resin for steel casting, with little or no nitrogen, can reduce the porosity of castings. Sand mold (core) has high strength at room temperature and good strength at high temperature.

Application

Furan resin for casting is widely used in casting steel, cast iron, ductile iron and high alloy and non-ferrous metal casting molding sand. The resin has high tensile strength, small odor and low gas emission, which makes the casting size accurate and good quality.
