Application
1.Food additives
GTCC has good emulsification, oil solubility, extensibility and lubricity, high temperature resistance, almost unchanged viscosity after long-term frying, and is not easy to oxidize.
A.It is used to emulsify the oil base of the flavor to prepare the milk flavor with low viscosity and high stability. It can be configured with W/O or O/W type.
B.As an emulsifier, it can be used in chemicalbook of dairy products, cold drinks, soy milk, solid drinks and liquid drinks. Combined with soybean lecithin, milk powder can be quickly dissolved in cold water.
C.Used in gum base formulations to improve its softness.
