Wd02-301 neutralizing corrosion inhibitor takes imidazoline as the main film-forming agent and compounded with organic amine, which can effectively prevent the corrosion of metal by corrosive medium.

Purpose

It is used for hcl-h2s-h2o corrosion of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, fractionator top of catalytic cracking unit and condensation cooling system.

Usage and dosage

It is recommended to add 10 ~ 30 µ g / g, inject it into the oil and gas volatilization line on the top of the distillation tower with a metering pump, and monitor that the iron ion content in the sewage is not greater than 3mg / L.

Packaging and storage

Packed in 200l plastic barrel, away from fire source and stored in cool and dry warehouse.
The shelf life is 24 months.
