OSP ( Oil-soluble PAG ) Base oil
OSP base oil, as a new type of oil-soluble PAG synthetic base oil, has the advantages of PAG base oil, and overcomes the shortcomings of PAG base oil that cannot be miscible with hydrocarbon oil and hygroscopicity. Available in eight viscosity grades, it can be used as a base oil for automotive and industrial oils, with excellent anti-wear and film-forming capabilities, and ash-free formulations provide excellent resistance to oil sludge and carbon deposits, good oxidation stability, and excellent viscosity characteristics at 100°C.
Our OSP base oil can be blended with mineral oils to provide an upgraded semi-synthetic base oil that provides better deposition control, oxidation stability, viscosity index, low temperature stability, and wear resistance.
Features:
• Used as a sludge control agent in Class I-IV hydrocarbon oils
• As a friction control improver in Class I-IV hydrocarbon oils
• Used as a viscosity index improver in hydrocarbon oils
• Used as an oily agent in hydrocarbon oils
• Used as a primary base oil in industrial lubricants to improve friction control and fuel economy
• Used as a base oil in advanced greases to improve dropping point and high temperature stability
• Used in metalworking fluids to improve lubrication and dispersibility
