In food industry, it is used as agent for baking to avoid oxidation stain and as emulsifier in dairy product to prevent egg white from solidification. It is also used as emulsifier and chelating agent for solid drinks.
Printing plate cleaning agent and dyeing mordant.In the printing and dyeing industry used as hydrogen peroxide bleaching stabilizer, rayon filler (enhance the strength and elasticity of silk).
It is the raw material of sodium pyrophosphate and other phosphates, and also the culture agent of monosodium glutamate, erythromycin, penicillin, streptomycin and sewage production and treatment products.
Also used for electroplating, leather blend.
Storage and transport
It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation,unloaded with care so as to avoid damage.Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
