Its solution is slightly acidic. Soluble in alcohol, acetone, and acetic acid.It's colorless prismatic crystal or cube crystal or white crystalline powder, odorless ,tasting salty.

Usage

It is used as calcium intensifier, hardener, chelant and desiccant in food industry.

Storage and transport
