This product can be used to synthesis 2,3,4,6-O-acetyl-D-mannopyranose trichloroacetimidate, glycopeptide, thioglycoside, O-, C-, N-glycoside of mannose and so on. It also used to synthesis cycloSaligenyl-mannose-1-monophosphates as a new strategy in Congenital Disorder of Glycosylation type Ia (CDG-Ia) therapy.
